ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Employement in a suitable setting

You must be working in, or have access to, a supported accommodation environment where you are able to demonstrate leadership or management responsibilities.

Relevant sector experience

Previous experience within supported accommodation, housing, care, or a related service is required.

Leadership or supervisory responsibility

You should hold responsibilities such as team leadership, staff supervision, or service coordination as part of your role.

Literacy & numeracy skills

No formal qualifications are required to apply. However, you will need to demonstrate Level 1 literacy and numeracy skills as part of the application process to ensure you can succeed on the programme.

Managing, supporting and developing staff teams

Strengthen your ability to lead and support staff effectively. This includes supervising team members, providing guidance and feedback, supporting professional development, and creating a positive working culture that enables staff to perform at their best.

Meeting regulatory, commissioning and inspection requirements

Develop the knowledge needed to ensure services operate in line with regulatory standards and commissioning expectations. You will explore how to maintain compliance, prepare for inspections, and demonstrate good practice through effective documentation, leadership and service delivery.
